Poigai Alwar.

Even before Lord Krishna was born, on a Dark day when it was raining heavily Three Bakthas (devotees) who never knew each other before were heading out from a Temple looking for shelter.
Legends and traditional accounts describes Poigai Alwar who appeared in a lotus flower in a pond in Kanchipuram, that’s how he got his name (Poigai means pond) found a small cave or hide out went inside and said “One can lie down” and lied down.
Soon Boothat Alwar (got his name as he was bit huge and scary) followed knocked on the door. Poigai let him in said “Two can sit”.
After a while Pei Alwar (In Tamil Pei means who is possessed and since the saint was madly attracted to God) came that side was let in by Poigai saying “Three Can stand”.
imagine when three Like minded persons Bakthas, Yogi’s, any body get together it is the best thing that can happen to any body the feeling no material relationship can give. (Father, Mother, son, wife, girl Friend-Boy friend nothing can be compared to it)
These dudes did not miss the opportunity, they were discussing the glories of the god, sharing their personal experiences with each other. This feeling saintly persons describes they can sacrifice this for heaven, or Swaroopa Samadhi state can give.
The darkness became dense in that small room they were not even able to see each other. Then suddenly they felt an invisible fourth person also forced his way among them. From a simmering light of the lightening Poigai tried his best to see him. To maintain the continuity of the light he immediately composed a song.

வெய்ய கதிரோன் விளக்காக – செய்ய
சுடர் ஆழியான் அடிக்கே சுட்டினேன் சொல் மாலை
இடராழி நிங்குகவே என்று.

Meaning:
Love as the holding Vessel, Sincerity or involvement as the Ghee to sustain the Lamp and Thoughts as the Wick, I am bowing down with affection to light this Lamp.
Now Pei Alwar could see him clearly the invisible

திகழும் அருக்கண் அணிநிறமும் கண்டேன்
செருக்கிளரும் பொன்னாழிக்கண்டேன்
புரிசங்கம் கைக்கண்டேன் என் ஆழி வண்ணன்பால் இன்று
Thirukkanden, Thirumeni kanden,
Thigazhum Arukan ani niramum kanden,
Serikillarum Ponnazhi kanden,
Puri sangam kaikkanden
Enazhi vannan pal Indru” .
Meaning:

Three Dudes one Black named Eric one White named Josh and one Light Black?? No! Ok Sorry Brown named Praveen 🙂
Eric slept well woke up went before the Mirror says Man You are looking great (Beep) you are going to get her! I think he is heading towards a club far away in the suburbs.
Josh Probably had a disturbed sleep woke up went before the mirror said Gosh I don’t even like this (beep) face? How am I going to get her today for dancing?
He seems more worried losing to Eric.
Praveen I don’t think he had enough time to sleep as his previous shift was extended. I guess he is trying to impress both Eric and Josh his bosses to even keep his job safe. He thinks Josh is showing his anger on him as he is losing out to Eric. May be He wants to protect her from both Black and white brackets?
All the three of them went out of gas, they didn’t even bother to check, one out of over confidence, One out of less confidence, and the other one out of no confidence and tiredness.
It was a Dark Cold winter and Eric saw a Barn few hundred meters away from where his car stopped. He thought he will try to get some help from there. Barn was locked (probably abandoned) and no body was there to help him. He just saw a small electric room good enough for one person to sleep. He broke open and went inside to sleep. Soon Josh followed and walked for long time to find this barn saw Eric inside. He swore aloud Hey get the beep out man I am going to come inside too. Eric was a bit mellowed said don’t worry man two persons can sit. A bit later Praveen came in Knock, Knock Sir I am stranded, out of gas, can I get some help? Eric recognized him Hey man I know your girl come on in three of us can stand.
Now in the pitch dark they all felt a fourth invisible person trying to squeeze in. They all got scared felt frozen found it hard to even move their limbs. Eric shouted who are you? Josh asked are you (Beep) ghost? Praveen was like who is that I am afraid please let us know where are you?
Then they heard a voice, Friends Don’t worry, I am a Kriya Yogi. The voice was so comforting and inspiring all of them felt at ease. Josh asked what is (beep) Kriya yogi is that your name? No, my name is Yoghiar.
What the (beep) you doing here? Why I am not able to see you Man?
Yoghiar laughed I am here almost daily. This is not just ordinary place Before there used to be a Siddha who lives here. I am here to do my Sadhana of Pranayama and Meditation.
What the Beep is that?
Pranayama means Scientific Art of mastering the breath,
Mediation is Scientific art of mastering the Mind. When you practice that you will get out all miseries which is plaguing your life.
Will I get my girl to dance with me Josh asked? Will I get my high with that Eric asked? Will I be on par with Balk and whit? Praveen asked.
Yoghiar laughed said you will get more than that.
Will you teach me Yoghiar Josh asked?? Man I would want to learn that too Eric was demanding? For me too sir Praveen was begging.
